Fit? Flexible? Not?

We encourage anyone to join one of our beginner courses. Courses run for 6 weeks with one 90 minute session per week.

At Yoga Mukti the teachers are qualified and highly experienced. We make yoga available to people of all backgrounds and abilities, and it is important to us that your first yoga experience is safe and enjoyable. The classes are conducted in a manner which allows each one of you to progress and develop throughout the course. Our aim is to help you to balance body and mind while becoming physically stronger.

Yoga Mukti provides all equipment that you might need during the class, so just bring yourself along. We practice yoga in bare feet and please wear comfortable clothing like you might wear to the gym. Changeroom facilities are available.
