Yoga Mukti provides all equipment that you might need during class. We practice in bare feet and please wear comfortable clothing like you might wear to the gym.

Gentle classes are ongoing classes suitable for anyone and also your choice if you are pregnant or recovering from an illness.

Are you looking for a dynamic yoga style? Shadow Yoga at Beginners Level is for you!

Beginners courses are for you if you have no yoga experience. You will be introduced to the basic Hatha Yoga principles in a safe manner. Please refer to our beginners page for details.

Foundation classes are ongoing classes intended for the consolidation of the yoga learnt in the beginners course. This level is also an appropriate entry point if you have done some yoga before elsewhere.

Levels 1 to 3 are for students with an understanding of the Shadow Yoga foundation work. Fixed sequences are learnt in order, so you will work your way up through the levels. Systematically in a step by step pattern, correct alignment, positioning and rhythmic breathing is taught.

Experienced level classes are for our dedicated students at Levels 2 and 3. Here you have the opportunity to develop and refine your individual practice.
