An Australian Seminar Series With Dr Claudia Welch

Doctor of Oriental Medicine, Claudia Welch, who is resident in Canada, lectures and teaches internationally on both Asian and Ayurvedic medicines, demystifying secrets behind hormonal health and providing an all-encompassing guide to achieving optimal health. This is Dr Welch’s second visit to Australia, and her first visit to Adelaide.

These popular Australian seminars will address the main health concerns of women including understanding hormonal changes, breast health and infertility from a perspective that combines Ayurveda, Eastern Medicine and Western science.

In the modern world, stress is affecting each of us in surprising ways. It is a major culprit in hormonal imbalance and is at the root of most women’s health concerns. Over the course of these weekends we will learn simple approaches to understanding stress and sex hormones and apply Ayurvedic nadi theory to practically address hormonal balance through breathing techniques.

On Friday evening, Dr Welch will give a brief talk followed by a book signing – this session is free and open to the public – bookings for both Friday night and the weekend seminar are essential.
